Coolbet is an online sportsbook and casino founded in Estonia and owned by GAN Limited.
Coolbet is not in the AGLC iGaming Operator registry and is not part of Alberta's regulated market, which opened on July 13, 2026. Offshore reachability is not the same as regulated availability: it is not available in Alberta's regulated market, and betting there means no AGLC consumer protections or local dispute recourse.
The brand appears here for transparency because it has marketed to Canadians and Albertans search for it. Per my published methodology I rate only AGLC-registered operators, so Coolbet carries no rating and nothing on this page is a recommendation. For regulated options, see the AGLC registry tracker.
